NEO Monitors specialises in manufacture and sales of Gas and Dust Monitors based on Tuneable Diode Laser Spectroscopy. Our corporate aim is to be a world leader in supplying high quality products and services to the satisfaction of all our customers.
To achieve this, NEO Monitors’ management has been actively involved in implementing the quality management system (QMS). It has provided the vision and strategic direction for the growth of the company, and established quality objectives and the quality policy.
To continue to provide leadership and show commitment to the improvement of the QMS, management is committed to:
- Communicate the importance of meeting customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Establish quality policy and objectives.
- Conduct management reviews.
- Ensure the availability of resources.
NEO Monitors strives to identify current and future customer needs, to meet customer requirements and exceed customer expectations.
The management ensures that customer requirements are understood and met, by requiring compliance with documented customer communication procedures. Customer requirements are determined, converted into internal requirements, and communicated to the appropriate people in the organisation.
Quality objectives are established to support our organisation’s efforts in achieving our quality policy. Objectives have been established for the following:
Provide a first response to customers inquires within 24 hours.
Provide a shortest possible delivery time for standard products.
Provide technical support to customers by phone and/or e-mail within the same day. Minimise turn around time for warranty and other standard service tasks.
Improve yield and reduce failure rates by continuously monitoring the quality of the parts being used and the work being done by employees at all levels in the organisation.
